Stakeholder Interview Training

Course Length

Coming in 2023

This course will ensure that you build your strategies and programmes based on a deep understanding of your stakeholders.

When you are preparing to do any change work or intervention in a system such as the education system, health system, or energy system, the first step is to understand that system. And this means understanding the people who make it up, without judgment.

Stakeholder interviews help you step into their reality and see the world from their perspective. By engaging with stakeholders on a personal level, you also start developing relationships that are needed to achieve a deeper and more lasting change, and that will benefit everyone within the system.
